FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer $3.00 flat rate ground shipping for U.S. domestic orders and $15.00 flat rate International shipping. All in stock items will ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with the exception of PO Boxes, which are shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Flat rate ground shipping in the U.S. through USPS usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive. International shipping time of arrival varies from country to country.
IN-STORE PICK UP
We also provide in-store pick up as a shipping method on our website. Just place your order and select "in-store pick up" as a shipping method during check out. When we receive your order we will hold the item(s) for you. Please bring a copy of your email receipt and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of the delivery date for in-store or online credit only, less shipping and handling costs. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days of the delivery date.
To make a return or exchange, the product(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was received defective. Returns or exchanges must include original receipt, all tags, accessories, and packaging or we won't accept the return. Returns or exchanges made after 7 days of the delivery date will be returned back to the customer.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
All marked down items are final. We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept returns on sunglasses, watches and jewelry.
We do not accept returns on used, opened packages, books, CDs and DVDs.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
We do not accept returns on swimsuits and underwear.
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 7 business days to process a return. We will pay all shipping costs for any orders we process & ship incorrectly. If the item you ordered isn't in stock we will refund your full amount in the same form of payment you made.
SHOE RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns on any worn shoes. A separate box needs be used to ship shoes back with the original box inside. The original shoe box cannot be used as the shipping box. Please contact us for more info about returning shoes.
